One vehicle is permitted per reservation. Self-parking is available for registered hotel guests for $12 per vehicle, per night.

For flexible rates, reservations must be cancelled by 4pm local hotel time two days prior to arrival to avoid a charge of one night’s room and tax. For prepaid rates, reservations are fully prepaid, non-refundable, and cannot be modified. However, bookings made at least 72 hours in advance may be cancelled within 24 hours of booking without penalty.
Cottage Inn does not offer a complimentary breakfast, but guests can enjoy breakfast items at the onsite Bluff Bistro until 10:30am. There are also several restaurants in Pismo Beach offering breakfast and brunch nearby.
